The nearest beach is Menemsha beach with on sight parking.  In this quaint fishing village you can  enjoy a drink or meal at the wonderful Homeport restaurant as you take in the spectacular sunset.  This beach is especially good for families with young children because it offers white sand, a gradual slope, and is staffed by lifeguards.  The beach continues as the association beach for the house.

Renters are also entitled to use Lucy Vincent private beach.  This exclusive beach is for Chilmark renters only. It is thought by many to be the most picturesque waterfront on the island.  Lucy Vincent is 1.2 miles away and parking is on sight.

A multitude of fine dining establishments exist within a short distance, some walkable.  If you are in search of greater variety, Edgartown and Vineyard Haven are a short drive away.

An initial deposit of $500, applicable toward the rental price, is required prior to signing a rental agreement. One half of the balance will be due within one month of the reservation. The outstanding balance, due one month prior to arrival, must include an additional $300 security deposit.
